Manufacturing Process

Machining: CNC machining of orifice plate grooves, sealing surfaces, and screw holes, with flatness and hole position deviation controlled within ±0.1mm.
Inspection and Testing: Includes material spectral analysis, full dimensional inspection, orifice plate concentricity check, and pressure resistance testing, conforming to ASME B16.36/B16.11/B16.5 standards.
