Ensuring Engineering Excellence through Systematic Oversight
We do not rely on end-product inspection alone. Our control system is split into five distinct gates to ensure absolute reliability:
Raw Material Source
Every heat of steel is verified against its mill certificate. We cross-reference the heat number on the steel billet with the MTR (Material Test Report) before it enters the furnace.
01
Forging Parameters
Technicians record the forging temperature range and cooling rate. These logs are stored to ensure the final grain structure meets the mechanical property requirements of the specified grade.
02
CNC Precision
Machining follows the tolerances defined in the specific standard (e.g., ASME B16.5). We measure flange facing surface roughness and bolt hole pitch diameters during the machining cycle to prevent deviations.
03
NDT Validation
We perform non-destructive testing to verify structural soundness, ensuring no subsurface voids or laminations exist after the deformation process.
04
Traceability Chain
From the raw ingot to the final stamped flange, every batch carries a unique tracking code that links to its chemical report, heat treatment chart, and inspection data.
05
We verify dimensions and material performance using calibrated instruments, not visual estimations.

We manufacture and inspect based on the following international technical specifications:
Dimensional Standards
ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, EN 1092-1, DIN, JIS, GOST.
Testing Standards
Compliance with ASTM A105, A182, A350, etc., depending on the material grade.
Documentation
All shipments are accompanied by EN 10204 3.1 certificates. We provide independent third-party inspection results (e.g., SGS, TUV) if required by the purchase contract.
Our QC team serves as an extension of your engineering department throughout the order process:
Pre-production Review
We review your engineering drawings to identify potential tolerance conflicts before the first forge.
Progress Reporting
Upon request, we provide interim inspection reports while the order is in production, so you can track the status of critical dimensions.
Commitment to Transparency
Our quality management system is linked to our production schedule, ensuring we communicate any deviations proactively. We believe in total transparency, never concealing technical challenges.
Post-delivery Support
The MTRs provided with your shipment contain the exact chemical and mechanical data for your specific batch, enabling your team to perform independent verification upon receipt.
We have successfully supplied high-specification flanges for critical projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation. Our protocols are designed to meet the rigorous demands of extreme pressure and corrosive environments.
